With awareness of rank and power dynamics and communication skills each group member is welcomed and valued. Reflecting on assumptions, values, cultural edges, the deeply democratic facilitator listens to all voices, and values their position and feelings.

konfliktFest supports leaders to strengthen self-awareness, relational tools and tools for conflict resolution as well as facilitation skills for team and group meetings and team development, by welcoming diversity of orientations, thinking styles and feelings: such leadership is sustainable and effective.
